Temporary staffing
By promptly, reliably and cost-effectively hiring out competent personnel, we give our customers optimum freedom of action, flexibility, the opportunity for rapid change-over and the courage to dare that much more.
Recruitment
Our recruitment consultants are specialists and themselves worked in the area for which they recruit staff. Furthermore, on the basis of our experience we have developed new products that make it easy for both the customer and us to clearly define the assignment. The four products are: Proffice Chef™, Proffice Specialist™, Proffice Express™ and Proffice Volym™.
Career & Development
Coaching for new work are well-established activities within Proffice. In Sweden and Norway Proffice offers these services through the wholly-owned consultancy companies Antenn and Tennebø & Partners.
HISTORY
Proffice started in 1960 by Berit Flodin as Snabbstenografen, a typewriting agency that also provided temporary staffing. In the beginning the company hired out only secretaries, and later a large spectrum of flexible staffing services. Proffice has gradually expanded within Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
