In accordance with the decision made at the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2007, Proffice shall have a Nomination Committee consisting of one representative of each of the three largest shareholders. If any shareholder should waive their right to elect a representative, the shareholder who is thereafter the largest shareholder shall elect a representative.

Members of the Nomination Committee are Christer Hägglund, Christiania Compagnie B.V., Jan Andersson, Swedbank Robur Fonder och Carina Lundberg Markow, Folksam.

The Nomination Committee will prepare a proposal to the AGM regarding the election of a chairman of the AGM, election of Board Directors and Chairman of the Board, Directors’ fees, fees to the auditors, and rules for the Nomination Committee for the 2009 AGM. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday April 16, 2008.
