Proffice interim report January - June 2007
Increased profitability and continued growth for Proffice · Operating profit increased to MSEK 24 during the second quarter. · Turnover increased by 42 per cent during the second quarter.
– Proffice improved the operating profit for the first half year 2007 and all the operations are moving in the right direction, says Lars Wahlström, CEO Proffice AB. Our specialisation on selected segments and efficiency measures continued to generate result during the second quarter. Actions taken in Denmark rendered expected result, the Danish operation has delivered black figures during the last two months.

Important events after the end of the period · Acquistion of the physician staffing company Medifact in Norway. The acquisition will strengthen Proffice Care’s position on the Nordic market, now with operations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The turnover for Proffice Care together with the acquired company Medifact is approximately MSEK 400 on an annual basis.
