Proffice has doubled turnover for recruitment during the first three months compared to the same period last year – from 20 to 40 million SEK.

The increase is proof that Proffice’s emphasis on selected and specialised recruitment services is successful. Sweden, the largest market, has increased by 90 per cent - the rest of the Nordic markets have increased even more.

– We hired 60 new recruitment consultants last autumn and we have room for another 50. The demand increases constantly – our customers like our specialised offering. We also offer the most generous “customer satisfaction guarantee” on the market – if a customer is not satisfied he will get his money back. But it is not often that the guarantee is used, we can show that we have more than 99 per cent satisfied customers, says Per Åström, Nordic Recruitment Director.

Proffice offers four specific recruitment products – Proffice Management, Specialist, Express and Volume. Proffice Specialist is offered by recruitment consultants who are specialists and have themselves worked in the area for which they recruit staff. To be able to recruit management in finance, they need to have prior experience from that area. Express recruitment means that Proffice’s recruiters work proactively for customers with a continuous need for new employees.

– We just recently made a labour market analysis, together with Sifo Research International. The result was clear; lack of right competence can slow down business. With our specialised offer of recruitment services, we can help both companies and candidates to find the right match quicker.
