Proffice acquires Plus4You to become a total supplier of recruitment and temporary staffing of electricians, service technicians and engineers.
– With this acquisition, Proffice gets a unique competence within the area technical services – a labour-intensive and growing area, where the customers are continuously asking for new solutions, says Lars Kry, MD Proffice Sverige AB. 

Proffice is determined to become specialists rather than generalists, and the acquisition of Plus4You means a strengthening within the segment Industry and Production.

– This is an area of services with a strong market demand, especially by the large electric/telecom and energy companies. With this acquisition, Proffice will confirm its position as the Nordic specialised staffing company. Plus4You has skilled personnel with the experience to meet customers’ needs, says Lars Kry, MD Proffice Sverige AB.

Plus4You has a turnover of approximately MSEK 50 per annum and the acquisition is expected to give a positive contribution to Proffice’s profitability already this year. Possession date is November 10, 2006.

The purchase sum is divided in one fixed sum and two additional purchase sums. The fixed amount is MSEK 13, of which MSEK 3 will be paid by a private placement of Proffice shares to the owners of Plus4You. With reference to an authorization given by the Annual General Meeting on April 6, 2006, a total of 158,061 shares will be issued, which means a total dilution of approximately 0.2%. Additional purchase sums may be paid during 2008 and 2009 respectively, based on the turnover and operating profit during 2007 and 2008.
