Proffice sells payroll and economy centers
Proffice has signed an agreement to sell Proffice Service Centers AB to WM-data
The operation includes outsourcing of payroll management and financial administration. Proffice Service Centers has a yearly turnover of approximately MSEK 100 and more than 100 employees in Sweden and Norway. Proffice Service Centers is included in the Proffice consolidated accounts up till June 30.
System solutions suppliers, such as WM-data, take an increasing share of the outsourcing market, and it is Proffice management’s opinion that outsourcing of payroll management and financial administration will be a better fit for the buyer. The sale is a natural development of an earlier cooperation within the system solutions area, where the buyer has both technical requirements, and experience to develop the operations.

Through this sale and the earlier communicated sale of Proffcom, Proffice will complete the strategy to focus on a selection of segments within temporary staffing, recruitment, and career & development WM-data is a professional actor in the outsourcing market, who is able to develop and capitalize on Proffice Service Centers’ large potential, says Lars Wahlström, Chief Executive Officer Proffice AB.
- The acquisition adds competencies to WM-data, an attractive customer base and valuable structural capital within BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), says Crister Stjernfelt, Chief Executive Officer WM-data.
Proforma, the total purchase sum for the whole area of activity which includes both Proffcom and Proffice Service Centers, is approximately MSEK 147 and the capital gain approximately MSEK 63.
