The operation includes outsourcing of customer service and communication service at units in Avesta, Sollefteå, Valdemarsvik, Göteborg, Sandviken and Sundsvall in Sweden, together with one unit in Espoo, Finland. Proffcom has a turnover of approximately MSEK 200 per year and approximately 400 employees in Sweden and Finland. All employees will transfer to Dacke Group through the acquisition. Christiania Compagnie B.V. owns 49% of Proffcom. In order to facilitate the above transaction, Proffice has signed an agreement regarding an early purchase of the rest of the shares in Proffcom, which Proffice, according to a previous agreement with Christiania Compagnie, was going to acquire at the turn of the year 2006/2007. Proffcom is included in the Proffice consolidated accounts up till June 30.
