IT is an area where the demand for specialists is larger than the supply at the same time as the market as a whole is characterized by high prices. As a partner to solution oriented IT-consultants, Dfind will assist in the build up of successful teams.

Together with the successful IT operation that already exists at Proffice we are now starting a new company. The operation will be headed by Martin Hansson, previously responsible for the Nordic region at Elan IT Resource.

– There is still a large market potential with only a few established flexible staffing companies for the IT-sector, says Martin Hansson. Dfind wish to contribute to a change through a new service model with delivery guarantees on temporary staffing. We will also introduce a new concept for recruitment services for our most loyal customers, which will give them an advantage when looking for competence that is especially difficult to find. The market for flexible staffing for IT is approximately MSEK 1,600 in Sweden and MSEK 1,000 in Norway. The goal is to establish Dfind as one of the leading actors, concludes Martin Hansson.

Initially, Dfind will be located in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö and Oslo. At other locations, Dfind will deliver IT-services in cooperation with Proffice’s existing operation for temporary staffing and recruitment. During the first year of business, the focus will be to build delivery capacity of IT-specialists. In the long term, Dfind will consider similar operations in Denmark and Finland.

Proffice is the majority owner, and 49 per cent is owned by a number of Dfind employees.
