Proffice Interim Report January – September 2005
Chief Executive Officer Alf Johansson comments on the Proffice Interim Report
– We have improved the results during 2005 quarter by quarter, and it is rewarding to be able to present a positive operating profit excluding capital gains for the third quarter. The operations in Norway and Finland continue to develop positively, at the same time as Sweden and Denmark continuously improve their results, says Alf Johansson.
– During this quarter, we have concentrated the Danish contact center operation to one production center. This measure will have an impact on the results already this year, and it means that ProffCom’s operations will be in balance before the end of the year at the latest, says Alf Johansson.
– During this fall, Proffice started a company for temporary staffing and recruitment of IT-personnel, to better be able to meet the demand within this sector. The operation will be managed under a separate brand, Dfind. The market for flexible staffing within the IT-sector is estimated to have a turnover of approximately MSEK 2,600 in Sweden and Norway and our goal is to establish Dfind as one of the leading companies in the Nordic region, says Alf Johansson.
– The labour market is changing faster and faster. Companies and organisations in the Nordic region, as in many other countries, find clear advantages with a flexible organisation where services from flexible staffing companies are a natural part of the business. This is expected to lead to further market growth for flexible staffing services, concludes Alf Johansson.
