Proffice completes the sale of Inhouse
Proffice has now sold parts of the outsourcing operation to ISS Facility Services as per previous information
As part of Proffice’s restructuring programme, Proffice has chosen to focus the outsourcing operation on callcenter, accounting center and payroll center solutions. The operation called Inhouse has therefore been sold as a take-over of assets and liabilities. The operation has an annual turnover of approximately MSEK 90 and a staff of about 185.
The preliminary purchase price is approximately MSEK 60. The final settlement will take place during the fourth quarter 2005.
In addition to this, ISS and Proffice have signed a long term partner agreement for accounting center and payroll center solutions. The purpose of this partnership agreement is to be able to offer total solutions within outsourcing. The agreement has been signed for a period of five years.
