There is an increased demand from seniors for better service, quality and support in their living environment. In order to meet the new requirements from tenants, Proffice and SEB Trygg Liv have signed a partnership agreement. Together, the both companies will offer a so called "senior service" for SEB Trygg Liv's pension savers and during the next few years, another two developments will be completed.

In Stockholm and Gothenburg, 200 tenants will have access to superior service. The tenants will have their own reception with hostesses, a catering restaurant, a breakfast coffee place, relax facilities, preventive health care and planned get-togethers in their own facilities. This is a high quality concept and Proffice will manage furniture arrangements and maintenance of common facilities such as lobby, relax facilities, IT-room, reception, dining room and guest apartments. The tenants will have access to planned get-togethers, internal service and other supplementary services such as cleaning and maintenance.

The tenants also get daily catering, morning coffee, help to order transportation, wine tastings, bridge evenings, dry cleaning and car maintenance, and etcetera.

Proffice is also responsible for preventive health care and other supplementary services. The tenants can also get basic health care service in-house through a nurse from Proffice Care.
