The Örebro City Executive Committee has decided to introduce an employee development programme primarily for employees affected by the ongoing organisation restructuring. The objective is to offer employees a possibility to leave the organisation in a sure way and by own choice.

The participants will get individual coaching and together with different methods and activities they will get a better chance to find new employment. The employee development programme will run for six to nine months, during which time the employer will pay their salaries.
