ProffCom has been managing a call center in Sollefteå for many years. There is now an increased demand for their services, but due to labour shortage there are limited possibilities of further expansion in Sollefteå.  Operations will therefore expand to Sundsvall in close connection to Proffice’s other activities.

ProffCom in Sollefteå is, among other things, responsible for telecom customer services and part of this operation will now be handled from our new call center in Sundsvall.

- Thanks to our long experience of recruitment and our local connections, there are great advantages for a local start-up of our sister-company, says Greger Tandberg, Market Area Manager for Proffice in Sundsvall.

-  Initially, this means that about twenty new job openings will be created and together with an increased demand for call center services, it will be possible to create more job openings, says Greger Tandberg.
